What size should I get?

Our rings are refer to traditional metal rings,since our silicone design are flexible we recommend sizing down if you’re between sizes.

1.Where to find order statues

You can view your order history by following these steps:

Step 1.Click on the person account in the top right hand corner

Step 2.Click Orders-Click on the order number. This will include size, style and color,If you do not have an account just send us an email to our customer service with your name and address and we will look up your order history for you!

 

2.If I change mind,can I cancel the order?

 

If you need to cancel your order be sure to let us know right away. We will try to not ship out the parcel.

Please know that we try to get your rings sent out as soon as possible after the order is placed, so we can never guarantee we will catch it in time!

Can I get a replacement of the rings?

 

All purchases within 30 days,  you can contact with our customer service to get new replacements,send your order info,address,size/color and pictures(If there is a quality problem ) to our mail address service@egnaroring.com

*No need return to our address cause we need to make sure every customer will get the newest and exquisite packing.We never sale any unpacked-and repack rings
